No insurance cover for e-rickshaw ride

At present, around a lakh e-rickshaws that ply on Delhi roads are not "vehicles" as per the provisions of Central Motor Vehicles Act. "If an accident is attributed to e-rickshaws, then the occupants will not get any claims from insurance companies. This is a dangerous situation.
